We can hardly believe it, folks, but when 2014 finally rolls around, our favorite automaker will be celebrating their 100th birthday. Naturally, we plan on following suit with bells on here at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Santa Fe. And with two of our favorite models getting special-edition treatments, reaching triple digits is more exciting than we could have imagined.

First up, there's the 2014 Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition. As for what makes this signature muscle car so special, it all starts with what's under the hood. The standard powertrain is a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine that can go from 0 to 60 in under six seconds. Those looking for a little more oomph will have the option of a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine to choose from - an option that delivers 375 horsepower and 395 lb.-ft. of torque.

In terms of features, drivers can expect everything from a Uconnect infotainment system and a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. In respect to styling, the 100th Anniversary Edition will boast a "High Octane" red pearl paint job, commemorative badging and 20-inch aluminum wheels. Not only that, but Dodge will even throw in a limited-edition owner's kit and commemorative book in celebration of the brand's big year.

But the best part of all? The 2014 Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition also comes with everything listed above.

Unfortunately, we're still waiting to hear back on when these beauties will be rolling into our dealership. Until then, feel free to gain a base of comparison with a spin in the 2013 Dodge Charger or 2013 Challenger here in Santa Fe, NM. Trust us: this is one party you don't want to miss.
