A recent report from Edmunds.com verifies what our customers here in Santa Fe already know: Jeep vehicles are a great value, even long after you drive them off of our showroom floor.  Every year, the automotive authority names the car companies that offer the most bang for your buck, and we're proud to say that the Jeep brand was ranked as a top company in terms of its vehicles' retained value.

This is the third year that Edmunds has given out this series of awards, and we're happy to report to our Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Santa Fe blog readers that the Jeep brand has been named the best non-luxury brand in terms of retained value.

The American car company achieved this feat by getting a projected 50.6 percent residual value over a five year period of time, assuming a driving range of 150,000 miles.  In particular, there were two of our top models that stood out to Edmunds.com their overall value: the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Here's what Joe Spina, Edmunds.com director of auto remarketing, has to say about the Wrangler: "The Wrangler is especially vital to the brand because its retained value sits at an elite level matched by few other vehicles in any segment."1

Are you interested in a great vehicle that retains its value over time better than any other car in its class?  Then come down to our showroom to check out one of these outstanding models for yourself!
